NAMED

I AM NAMED…

Not by what I have accomplished…

Not by what I have been through…

I am NAMED His beloved.

You have been NAMED His Beloved too.

Jesus’ Name is the Name above all names. God has made us in His image, so we can glorify His name with our lives. Our Creator has given us a name. In Christ, we have been NAMED His Beloved Children. Through the Holy Spirit, we can live with the One who has NAMED us. Begin the NAMED journey to see how you can live out being NAMED His Beloved.

finding my name

Hey friend,

In my personal walk with Jesus, I have gone from…

HURT to HEALED

BROKEN to BLESSED

ABANDONED to ADOPTED.

When I received my identity in Jesus, I began to realized that only Jesus can HEAL me. Only Jesus can BLESS me. All of this is because Jesus has ADOPTED me as His child. These characteristics are true for every believer. However, they are difficult to realize and receive during seasons of hurt, brokenness or abandonment. Through blog posts and curriculum guides, I hope to share my journey of belonging with you. You are welcome here no matter what season you find yourself reading this in. I am praying that your heart knows that you have been NAMED by our Father.

God has NAMED us His Beloved children. Jesus’ name is above every name because He has defeated sin and death. Believers are living with the Holy Spirit as they live for His Name. Through this website, I hope you are reminded of your identity in Jesus.

We are NAMED by the Name Above All Names.

the named journey

A young woman with long dark hair, wearing a light blue T-shirt, ripped jeans, and black and white sneakers, is sitting on the floor with a beige background, reading a book.

The named Journey: 5 Steps to remind us of 1 truth.

WE may feel hurt, broken or abandoned, but those feelings are not final. We can remind ourselves that Jesus can heal us, Jesus can bless us, and Jesus has adopted us into His family. Through Jesus’ death and resurrection, we are capable of letting go of our worst moment by…

N- NAME THE MOMENT

Name the feeling (I feel hurt, I feel broken, I feel abandoned),

A- ANCHOR YOURSELF IN GOD’S TRUTH

Anchor yourself in what God says about you in Psalm 139:1-18.

M- MEDITATE WITH JESUS

Meditate with Jesus by sitting with Him. Take a moment to pray & breathe.

E- EXPERIENCE A NEW WAY

Experience a new way to think about your difficult moment.

D- DECLARE, “I AM NAMED HIS BELOVED.”

Declare the identity that you cannot lose. We have been named His beloved. There is no feeling, moment, or person that can take away the identity that Jesus has given us.
